Gentle Yoga Class
Tuesdays, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Join Carolyn Purvis, licensed Yoga Instructor, for an hour yoga class. This class is appropriate for everyone, at any level of experience! We move at a slower pace so this is a great option for beginners and seniors. Take note, this class is gentle but not EASY! You will stretch, strengthen, and practice balance poses. We start seated on a chair (for stretching/centering) and then move to standing positions (strength/balance) and move onto the floor, ending in a deep state of relaxation. MANY modifications will be given, floor poses can be modified for the chair.
Class size limited to 12 participants. $25 per month, no daily rate.
Please bring any props that you have including mat, strap, block(s), blanket, and water.
